Default Resistor 45301 connected to ground

So, I noticed a wire broken off on the front of the engine on my 04 Pacifica. I foolishly just put an eyelet on it and connected it to ground. When I tried to start the car it won't start and after looking more closely I noticed that the terminal that was broken was connected to a resistor part number 45301. I have ordered a replacement resistor.

After I disconnected the wire from ground the car still will not start.

Can anyone give me some insight into what I may have messed up?

I would really appreciate some help with where to look.

Happy to say that after some searching and finding a wiring diagram and tracing back from the resistor auto shutdown relay and fuse 37, I found the fuse blown. Don't know how I missed it before but stranger things have happened.
