Question Shuddering and hard clunking

Have an AWD 2005 Paci and one year after buying it new we had to replace the transfer power unit for the AWD. Symptoms were hard clunk when shifting. Dealer put it on computer and found the problem.

Worked fine but now have the same symptoms 4 years later, hard clunk when shifting (sometimes so hard it jolts you in your seat) and now have shuddering when driving straight on....almost like it's not feeding gas right.

Turned it in to dealer who kept it overnight and even had a mechanic drive it home. Mechanic's answer? Nothing wrong, computer showed nothing and didn't feel shuddering. It's just how the Pacifica's shift.

That answer didn't sit right with me at all....any suggestions on what it could be?

Thanks!!

Default Motor Mounts?

I don't have an AWD Pacifica but so far anything related to clunking when shifting on the non AWD always ends up being front or rear motor mounts, or both. I've replaced front and rear mounts twice on my 05' pacifica (Now at 64,000 miles) for what seemed to be hard shifting from the transmission from first to second gear (sometimes all the way up to thrid gear dependng on if you're not applying a lot of throttle/torque when accelerating or you let of the throttle).

I've also replaced the torque strut mount once which probably was torn up due the front and rear motor mount failures.
