Default Speedometer & Dash Lights getting Dim..

Well the dash lights on my 2005 Pac w/ 321,000 miles are getting dim. Lots of hours have taken their toll on the backlighting that enable the speedometer and other dash gauges to be viewed. Anybody have any experience fixing these lights?

Shouldn't be anything drastic once the instrument cluster is removed, A quick parts look up shows them to be the normal mini bulbs and not the hard soldered led bulbs. Had to do the same with our 04 Neon and my old(now parts donor) T&C.
Sorry, but not familiar with steps to remove the cluster from a Pacifica, but can't be too troublesome.

Rebel59, many thanks for the suggestion. I was kinda worried, but feel a lot better knowing the backlights are not some "integrated soldered LEDs". Believe I can fight the instrument cluster R&R without tearing anything up. Want to keep piling the miles on my ol Pac as long as possible!
