Default stalling 04 pacifica

i have a 2004 chrysler pacifica. Ive changed plugs, cam sensor, crank sensor, map sensor, both O2 sensors, and the egr valve. Ive cleaned the throttle body and the idle air control valve. And ran fuel cleaner through it three times. Also tried sea foam. Just changed the air idle control valve. But my car still dies at a stop. I have to put in neutral and i can crank it back and drive.

Could be as simple as a vacuum leak, can you shift to N just before stopping and keep it running ?

Yes. Ive tried several diffrent things. I just replaced air idle control valve and throttle position sensor. Car still jerks some when taking off but not as bad. Ive rechecked what ive done so far and everything looks good.

"Car still jerks some when taking off but not as bad" Was it doing this before it started stalling at stops ? If so it sounds like there are more than one problem going on. Strange but some have written about the alternator wave form causing various problems.
