I have a 2007 Pac with a 4.0 engine. On occasion, my wife and I will have a problem starting the car. Generally, we have to slam the shifter into Park and stamp on the brake as hard as we can. This usually will allow the car to start. We have taken the car to a dealer several times with this problem. They say that they cannot make the car do what we experience. Therefore, they cannot tell us what is wrong.

Any suggestions?
