I was able to repair broken PTU
Viscous Coupler also can be fixed, got all the details from company that build them for chrysler

got some pictures to , will share them later

according to diller it cant be fixed, they sell it as whole PTU assembly for 977$

 

just extract broken bolts, sand down the shaft put new bolts if u got access to machine shop they will grind the shaft so it will look like new, they can also put new sleavo on it so there will be no play beetween sprocket and shaft
