Tcm input low
So I have a 2007 pac with the 4.0 v6 one morning after 16 hours of snow plowing I got in to go home and when I went to accelerate I was was able to but my rpm’s were staying at 4500-5000 rpm’s and wouldn’t shift out of second gear, I went and got it scanned it was throwing p0882 TCM power imput signal too low, so I went nd got new tcm and had it to a shop to reprogram it , that’didn’t do anything so I went and got my alternator checked and it said it was good, as well as my battery, but battery on its last bit of life. So buy new battery same thing happening so I start to dig a little bit more and finally decide to change the alternator, as soon as I put the newish alternator in everything is working just as it should, my car isn’t in limp mode anymore and drives and starts and shift just as is! I’m upset that I went thru a big *** loop hole just for it to be a 30 dollar 40 min repair
