touch screen is not turning on at all. have started my vehicle a few different times today hoping will come back on, but no luck. Radio isn't working and I have no way to turn my seat heater off of HI or control the temp for my kids...almost like when the OTA update crashed it, but at least then it had the Chrysler sign showing on the screen. Now the screen is just staying completely black, no back up camera or anything. Dealership can't get me in for almost two weeks! help please!

We are having the same issues as Amy. Has there been any solution or idea to why this is occuring. We have had our 2017 Pacifica in about 10 times for different issues. Now the screen will not turn on when we get in the vehicle.

My screen is also black - no navigation, back up camera, music, seat warmers etc. I feel like this van has spent more time in the shop than on the road! Constant problems.
