Default Transmission mount issue

Hi all this is my first post but I have searched and searched to find info pertaining to my problem. I recently had my front and back engine mount replaced and it helped tremendous with the vibration I was getting my mechanic also noticed the transmission mount needed replaced as well( the rubber was completely torn inside. Upon changing this one it rode ok for a few miles and then I noticed a greater vibration than before after he installed the new one. I took off the air filter at home and noticed the small rivet on the mount no longer lines up for the air filter box to sit on it. It sits slightly angled toward the engine. I attached photos to show this. Why would this mount be so far off. I contacted my mechanic but he hasn't gotten back with me. Any help is appreciated
