Default Wacky electrical issues

2007 Pacifica Touring
160,000 miles

Haven't really had any trouble out of the car. Had a low tire last week and a dash warning indicating as much. Filled it back to spec and the warning went away. Yesterday I hop in the car and start it up and hear some ringing. I see a "service tire system soon" message followed by every dummy light on the dash lighting up. The headlights worked, windshield wipers worked, and radio worked, however the temperature panel was blank and wouldn't come on, so no heat or defrost, no speedometer and no tachometer. The odometer was fine.

Has anyone else experienced such a thing? I've done a lot of research, but haven't really been satisfied with my findings. I'm not sure what needs to be done, but I'm hoping its not a complicated fix.

No one wants to touch electrical issues, I get it.

I used my engineering skills to determine the run relay was at fault. I replaced it and immediately all was well.

Wow! Good deduction. What led you to the run relay? The symptoms sound like they're related to the BCM. Glad to hear you resolved it.

You're right - not many people want to venture into discussions regarding electrical gremlins.
