It looks like a vibration damper or something? Whatever it is its wasted and needs changing. Anyone have a name for it?

Opps sorry that would help huh? 2007 pacifica touring with the 4.0 engine. It is bolted to the back of the rear motor mount. It doesnt go to anything just has weights bolted through the middle of it.

These things are added to reduce body shake. It is a heavy weight in a spring-loaded container with damping fluid. It works by causing the weight within to vibrate at the natural frequency of the structure of the vehicle. The weight winds up vibrating in the opposite direction of body movement, thus exerting a force opposite to the body shake and counteracting it. Got that? The idea is to smooth out vibrations and improve the ride of the car. Can you drive your car without it? Yes, but you may notice an increased level of vibration in the ride.

I've been looking everywhere online for this part and I cannot find it, I went to a Chrysler Dealership and was told the part has been discontinued. Does anyone know of a resource for this part, please advise. Thank you.
