I could care less about the head crap Did I say anything about the heads no Im stating the physics crap about your supposed 60 HP jump from plugs and wires not not actuate.
ANd also your news flashness is crap U want to do all this BS work yo your car and have zero knowable about how things work. Regardless of the heads will work or not whats the point it wont change anything. U will not get more HP from cams The PCM aka computer will only change things back again to "this will blow your mind" stoichiometric rate of air fuel mix. This is what the computers are designed to so plane and simple no way around it no tweaking nun of that. The only way ONLY way to change anything is to get a Computer that can be arranged or something of that nature or a chip for the computer. When u upgrade and ART neon stage one to stage two U get a new computer and why? because of the programming in the computer is different for the added items because the air fuel mix would change from the CAM or bigger turbo or what ever stage two and 3 is. Go read basic tuning of engine and computer for air fuel mix and it will give u a basic idea of how things work.
