Default Did I really screw my car up?

I have a 2001 pt cruiser. The ignition was replaced before I bought it. Whoever did it did a janky job. It allows me to turn off and remove my key while still in gear. So last night I came home and was tired from work amd just jumped out the car not realizing I hadn't put it in park. So today I get in and try to start and it wouldnt start. Thinking maybe I just need a jump I tried to jump it and when I got in to turn the key again realized that it was still in drive. With all that being said i tried to start thr car at least 10 times not realizing it was in drive. I now have code 700 551 and 1684 popping up after doing the ignition dance. Did I obliterate my tcm?

have a scanner or anything of that nature? any codes? The 700 code just says there are codes in the TCM thats all dont unplug it until you know what teh codes are or you will be adding onto the issues because the codes will be erased before you know what they are and where to go from there.
