Default headlamp
help....headlamp (low beam) out....bulbs new and fuses good...both under dash and under hood....wiring looks solid ...no breaks or shorts

I have found bad bulbs in stores. Are both sides out? If so, look for a relay in you PDC. If only one, try swapping.
