Default 02 voyager trans problem

Hi my 02 voyager sometimes decides it doesnt want to move. Rev it a little and it will finally go, and when you begin to slow to a stop, it gives one good "buck". My wife is getting embarrassed at work, because she'll back out of her spot, go to D, and have to rev the car up and wait. Then it chirps a tire, and off she goes!

Yes, the fluid level is good. Fluid doesn't look or smell odd. There is some evidence of fluid on the under side, but not enough to make a spot in the garage (yet). We're getting ready to trade in, so I guess I should figure this out first. Thanks in advance.

Also, had a friend with a snap-on scanner plug it in, it didn't show any codes.
