04 T&C AC Overheating
I have a 04 T&C with a dysfunctional Air Conditioner System. I have a myraid of issues. I replaced the front expansion valve, pulled a vacuum then backfilled with freon. Then I paid attention to the fact that the front fans weren't running. I replaced the fans and the relay. It helped quite a bit by knocking the high presssure down by 100 psi. Now I have 40 psi on the low side and 200 psi on the high side. Still no cool air. And in fact the LP hose is warm, not cold. Any ideas?
I put in 3-4 12 oz cans, thereabout. I don't have a way to measure weight, and once I start charging and the low side pressure comes up, I cannot completely evacuate the cans. So all I can say is that I have about 43 psi low side, 250 psi high side, and 88 degrees ambient temperature. The unit does cool about 15 degrees of the air as measured by a thermometer in the outlet air duct.
All fans come on at the high side pressure of 230+ psi so that much is functioning well.

the ac quit blowing cold air.
I believe if I were to have looked on the fan side first, that might have solved a lot. Since I found one fan out of commission and the other running at a low speed.
