Default 05 T & C Steering Problem?

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas, I have a 05 town and country with 22k miles on it. The other day i went to turn on my car and when i turned the steering wheel to the right- it started making a loud vibrating noise. I was still parked not driving. When i turned the wheel to the left it didn't make any noise. I turned several times before driving and it seemed to correct it self. It vibrated pretty heavy and then was fine. This has happened approximately 2 times out of the blue. Does anyone have any idea what is happening or if there is a part that should be looked at. I am a little nervous driving since i cart four kids around. Thanks for the input.

there is a TSB to replace the cooler or add a longer hose to the power steering system.

okay i am not sure what a tsb is, i am new here, does that mean chrysler will fix it for free or is that just one of the problems chrysler is aware of but refuses to acknowledge. I have had my car for 3 years only 6k/year i drive and had to replace so many odd things, my power locks on my car don't work, my power window motor went, the stablilizer bar was replaced and now this. I wish i never purchased this car, i will buy foreign from now on.
