Default 05 town and country oil in radiator

Hey , I have a 3800 engine and getting small amount of oil in radiator. Runs fine other than that I think head gaskets but never ran in to it before. Not building pressure just seems to use a little coolant and get a little oil at top. My wife says never ran hot.could it be something else. How many hours to repair this?

Further Do you have an oil cooler fitted and cooled by the coolant.
Yes per the manual your engine has an oil cooler up the back of the oil filter. First part to change..
