07 limited dvd player help

Default 07 limited dvd player help

I'm sure this question has been asked pretty often but I have just purchased a 07 town and country used with the limited trim package. It has the 6 disc dvd and gps and sirius only problem is it was a fleet vehicle and is missing the dvd rom for gps and remotes and headphones for dvd. Does anyone know where I can find the dvd rom for gps for download or a replacement dvd that doesnt cost 200 dollars?

It is as easy as Ebay. You can buy older legit versions for $40 or so.

thanks for advice think I'm going to pester the service dept @ carmax first I feel if they sold me a vehicle with this as part of the price it should come with all the components

Definitely hammer them... I brought them a near perfect almost loaded 04 Pacifica in 08 with 33k miles and they low balled the heck out of me ($9k). They gave my sister in law 8k for a corrolla (sport) with 60k miles. I finally found a private party that gave me $14k.

I called carmax service and explained the situation to them that the headsets remote and dvd for nav were factory standard with the limited model t&c and is stated in owners manual they set an apointment my wife went in and they ordered what we wanted @ no charge and no hassle so I'm pretty satisfied so far

Very cool, let us know when you get it all in how it works. There are 2 types of headphones for Chrysler's. The infrared versions (IR) and Radio Frequency (RF) ones. I am pretty sure the 07 will have the IR version but it all depends on what DVD player (changer ) is in it. If they ordered it all from the dealer and they gave the sealer your VIN, you should be good.
