Default 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L "DTC P1695" Help needed

I got this DTC P1695 No CCD message from body control module.

I dont know what too do to fix this problem, can someone help me

does the van not start up is the cluster dead??

Yes the Van does start up, no the cluster is not dead..
I have the ignition cylinder worn out when I put the key in, it binds,
I dont know if maybe thats why the DTC came on because of the Ignition Cylinder

no has nothing to do with a sticking key cyl could be a wire issue or a bad bcm or junction block
