Wipers are causing problems. 1) when turn on to slow varied, they run varied fast speed. 2) when increased speed in varied position, they remain the same speed. 3) when turned to slow constant speed, they remain varied the same as the varied position. 4) when turned to fast constant, they remain the same speed as slow varied. When turned off, they remain on for 3 or 4 wipes. I know this is crazy. I have changed the relays so I am confused as to what is next. Maybe the switch?

 

Sounds like a problem with the multifunction switch on the steering column. They are available in the aftermarket. You may need to acquire a Torx screwdriver to get to it.

 

AN additional item of interest. When first starting the van, the wipers wipe one time and then quit.
