Got sorted. piston number 1 must be all the way up and balance shaft weights must be down.

A case of fitting replacement pump with gears in position as pump coming out. Is there any marks on the pump gear wheels or is it only done by piston 1 at TDC.

dont know about markings. Only i found was that piston 1 must be TDC ..next of starter motor is even hole for special tool that will line up with hole on flywheel. but it has plastic cap and i could not get it open..too stuck. I tried to get best TDC by looking from bottom of engine into crankcase..
But these balancing shaft weights have a holes on them,,you can see them from picture i added ..and balancing shaft housing has holes at the bottom as well...These are for special tool...i just used same size wire..done same job.
Car is running again and no vibration anymore....that caused by this.
