2008 2.8 CRD: Replaced MAF sensor (checked and working), now car is revving on idle (sometime stalling) and stalling when put into R and D. Checked all wiring, no vacuum leaks, replaced oxygen, camshaft and fuel rail pressure sensors, replaced two failed glow plugs, fuel filter ok and no blown fuses. Thoughts?
Could it be air ie a faulty rail relief valve?
