Default 2001 T&C chugging when hot....HELP???

Have had van into dealership going on 5 times now for repairs on the same issue. One hot day van sat running for about 10 minutes. Got in van and started driving and started chugging. Engine light come on. If you barely push down the throttle it gradually gains speed but if you give more gas it starts chugging like running out of gas. Idles fine though. Once you get to 45mph - 50mph it runs fine and you can push the pedal to the floor and not chugging....runs fine. But once you get to lower speeds or stop then take off it chugs again. Shut off engine and let cool then runs perfectly fine at lower speeds. Computer has told us the following so far....faulty coil, 2 bad oxygen sensors, bad catalatic converter, and now bad cam shaft sensor. I am ready to take to dealer and have camshaft sensor replaced but as of now nothing has fixed the problem. Also....at times I do smell antifreeze. Can anyone make sense of this?
