Default 2001 T&C Limited Electrical Problem?

Hello everyone, I was hope that someone may have run into the problem we are having with our 2001 T&C Limited.

We bought this car last spring and about a month later we had problems starting it(battery didn't have enough juice to turn it over).
I checked the charging system and it's putting out 14.2V.
I had a battery shop load test the battery and they said it's fine.
I ended up replacing the battery, thinking it may be a bad cell or something and all was fine for about a month.
I then figured I would put a volt meter between the + battery terminal and lead to see what's discharging the battery.
With a volt meter in-line, I then began to remove fuses and relays from the main box. I PULLED EVERY FUSE AND RELAY, and this thing is still drawing current with the key turned off.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to diagnose this problem?
