Default 2001 t&c lxi

Power sliding doors work intermittently when temp is freezing or below. Power tailgate works ok.

possible wire issue or latch issue

Can the problem be identified with a scan tool? Will this set a DTC? Both doors have the same problem. When it's cold they won't open with the fob or console button. Sometimes they operate with the column button.
