Has anyone replaced the plastic gears on the power seat motor. The drivers seat vertical motors have broken teeth on the worm gear & drive motor. Does anyone have an idea were i might find these gears without having to replace the power seat mechanism?

 

I have the same problem on my 2004 model. If you find the answer please post it on here - I will do the same.

 

Get a seat from a salvage yard and replace the bottom assembly (frame). You don't want to waste your time fixing individual parts. It will break you..
