2002 Grand Voyager: Hidden switch?
I was fiddling around with all the settings in the 2002 Grand Voyager I have just bought when I came across something odd.
At the back of the storage-slot below the temperature/fan control on the dash there's a small metal flick-type switch.
I've read through the manual but can't find any reference of it. Flicking it also didn't seem to have any visible effect on anything (so it's not an ejector seat control).
It's doesn't look like any of the other controls or switches on the vehicle but it doesn't look like a retro-fit job either.
Wondering if anyone here can shine some light on this....

There shouldn't be anything back there other than the dash frame and wiring harnesses. Now the airbag module is close by down below so don't get too spunky under there unless your battery is disconnected first...lol. It must have been part of something the previous owner had. I find alarm disable switches and old parts of alarm systems quite a bit in used cars.
