Default 2002 T&C blower motor removal

I'm trying to replace the blower motor to get rid of the high pitched wine it makes while on. But, I have not been able to get the screw that is against the firewall out of the cover. Am I missing something? I've searched all over the internet and found this same question asked a couple of other times, but did not see an answer. Thanks for any help in advance.

Well, I did ask for that one. I don't suppose that there is some kind of flexible nut driver out there, huh? It sucks that I can get my fingers on it, but I can't seem to get a socket on it for nothing.
