Default 2003 Lxi..at a loss

Hi guys,
I'm new here and looking for some advice on what to do. My van is a 2003 Town and country lxi with 250,000 miles. Lately it's been giving me a p0304 misfire code that I'm pulling my hair out trying to solve. I've been to 3 garages to no avail. It has new coil pack, spark plugs, and upstream oxygen sensor. I also had a vacuum and compression test done with good results. The weird thing is that the car runs fine and does not feel like skipping at all. I just don't know what else to do. I have to get this car to pass inspection. You can't have a check engine light on in New York. Any advice?

Can you feel the misfire or just the light on?
