2003 T & C, No cold idle?

U are wasting your money its working the way it is suppose to.

Just an update! I did replace the Idle Air Control valve and engine runs at 700 - 750 rpm's at idle. Still not much of a "cold idle" but is better! As far as it taking so long to warm up, I'm comparing it to my Ranger. The cab size is 1/3 that of the T & C. Naturally it will take longer to heat the space.
