I have a 2003 Town and Country that cuts off. It happens when i drive or when I'm sitting at the light, even if I'm in park it just cuts off. The error code p 1684 shows up. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and didn't find anything wrong. Does anyone have suggestions on what could be the problem?

 

With out codes or physically seeing it there is not much to offer on a web forum.

 

When it's running does it run great? Any work done on the van right before it started stalling? Does it start right back up? Typical causes for stalling are failing crank sensors, fuel pumps, EGR valves and on and on.
