Default 2004 voyager 3.3L

Hi,i am pulling my hair out,not that i have much left over this.[X(]My 3.3L voyager has covered 209000 miles, over the last week has developed a misfire & rough idle more so when cold.diagnostic reads P0301 engine misfire No1..I have renewed spark plugs & ht leads, then coil pack & No 1 injector but still have the problem.I have also checked cylinder compression which is fairly consistent on all cylinders & 125psi..On start from cold the engine only runs on 5 cylinders with No 1 being at fault but when the engine is hot it starts to fire on that cylinder as well, although not as good as remaining cylinders.Would appreciate any help/ideas on this.
Regards Mike

with all that U have done or say have been done and checked out good U only have one other deal left and that would be internal engine valves, and such.

Hi,if there were mechanical faults(valves etc) present would these show up in the engine diagnostic and produce the fault code ?.Correct me if i am wrong but i thought the diagnostic only checked engine managment electrical faults ?regards Mike

the diog light is for electrical things and misfires a misfire is for federal gov stuff if a cyl is missing it is letting out the gas that they dont want so it turns on the light.
