2005 Chrysler T&C Touring Trouble Codes - What do these mean?

2005 Chrysler T&C Touring Trouble Codes - What do these mean?
Ok, guys & gals I need a little help. This is my first post here, so bear with me.
My 2005 T&C has the check engine light on. I checked the trouble codes by holding down the Trip Odometer and the following codes were displayed.
100.3
100.5
100.7
What do these mean, and can I address them myself, or is a mechanic needed.
I saw somewhere that 100.3 means EATX COMMUNICATION FAULT but I'm not sure if that applies to 2005 or not. ALSO, what the heck does that fault mean anyway??
ALSO, my air filter was filthy and needed an oil change. So I've taken care of those 2 things but haven't tried resetting the codes by unplugging the battery cable or anything.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
