Default 2006 Town and Country ABS Mystery

Good Day. I have a 2006 Chrysler town and country with an ABS issue. It is coming up with both LR and RR abs wheel sensor circuit failure. The codes are both 28FE and 30FE, I did order and replace both sensors in the back and the codes pop when I reset them meaning they don't go away. I also have the Trac off light the Abs light on and the Red brake light on as well. Doesn't seem to me like the parking or emergency brake are engaged while driving either. I have pulled the fuse to the abs pump module and replaced that and that didn't fix it. I am wondering if the Abs pump is the problem or am I missing something else. I have also looked up the codes and cant find anything on either code. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

You replaced parts, did you think to check/test for wiring continuity of the affected body harness or connectors to replacement sensors?

Left rear OR Right rear change it. But both at same time means wiring or Plug. Try plugs at module for water damage as has been mentioned before.
