Hello,

I have a 2007 CRD Voyager and one of the sliding doors will not open properly, it will pop out a little then stop. I have worked out that it is a brass coloured pin that is sticking when it tries to release from the latch. I have loosened off this pin and it works fine.

Can anybody tell me what that pin does ? it sits lower than the latch/catch by itself and goes into a seperate latch on the bodywork. The strange thing is that the other door does not have this pin on the door ?

can i just undo the screw and let the pin fall inside the door or is it there for a reason ?
