2008 T&C spare tire carrier bolt size?

Default 2008 T&C spare tire carrier bolt size?
I bought a 2008 T&C and didn't notice there was no spare tire or carrier or anything. I picked up a salvaged hoist but now need what looks to have been 4 bolts. Does anyone know what size these are?
