I've had my '08 about a month and had no problem transfering my files from my mp3 player to the mygig hard drive. But after about a week every single file suddenly disappeared. The hard drive info screen says "0.00 available" and"0.00 used". So it thinks it's full even though it's completely empty. Any ideas how to reset this thing?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery, or there may be a reset on it, or it being that new, stopping at the dealers.
