Default 2009 town country van braking issue

My 2009 van has 142000 on it. Since I've had it i have put rotors and pads on the front 2 time's and callipers once. The calipers for a vibration and shimmy. And the drivers side seemed extremely hot on the the hubcap just replaced both front callipers. Been about 6 to 7 thousands miles ago. Now the same drivers side is doing the same thing hot hubcap as well? Any help would be appreciated. Plus the rear brakes where replaced about the same time everything but the callipers only one pad was worn to the rivetts on the passenger side if that has anything to do with it. Thanks all help is appreciated. David

today after we got home there was smoke coming from the drivers side tire. It was so hot the hubcap melted and came fell off. Well had it towed to the shop just waiting on the call.
