Default 2010 3.8 V6 Vibration

during and oil change for my daughter I did not notice the old gasket was stuck on the pump when I replaced with the new one, after she got up to speed she blew all the oil out of the vehicle, it shut down on its own. we then found the old gasket and put back on the new filter and filled with oil, now the vehicle has a little bit of a vibration in it when taking off and around 50 MPH, Any idea of what could have happened? Thanks for the help.

Vibration at certain speeds usually relates to an out of balance, whether wheel, tyre or drive shaft. its a good thing your engine shut down but doesn't sound related. Unless its Diff related.

dandabradford,

Was this vibration present at all before losing oil? I would hope it's not related, may want to check the wheels as goggs mentioned.
