Just had a VES installed in my 2010 T&C, did not come with it from the factory and had a basic stock radio. The dealership put an REQ radio in w/ the VES system. DVD will not play through the VES, but rather through the REQ head unit. VES remote is basically useless. Did the dealership wire this wrong, or did they put the wrong radio in? Thanks for any help!
