Generally, the Nav system works fine. However, most of the time it takes so long for it to verbally identify a caller that they hang up, and I can't answer it until it verbalizes who is calling. Other times, it gives me the wrong information, i.e. it will say my son is calling or sent a text, when it is someone totally different. On occasion, it also bleeps out my backup camera for a second. Is my head unit going bad? It's mostly just an inconvenience, but the camera issues is more of a safety one. I checked for a software update for Uconnect and it says my car doesn't need one. I'm not going to the dealer, I had to have them install a new computer last year and after that my auto dimming mirror no longer worked and my tire pressure sensors magically went bad right afterwards.
