Default 2011 Town & Country

Hey. 2011 Town and Country P0420. Replaced both O2 sensors and the cat. Vehicle made it 500 miles and same code returned and van died again. Was on a trip. Went to a shop. They tested both O2's, worked fine, and replaced the cat that was just replaced thinking it was perhaps defective. 300 miles later, still on same trip, same issue. Car died on highway in the middle of a lane, and had it towed. Exact same code again, exact same issue with it stalling and not restarting. Is this possibly a wire that has rubbed through, or has anyone else had this happen, and have a fix that worked?

what codes are you getting and fyi faulty o2 sensors will not cause a car to stall.
