Default 2012 Town and Country

I have a 2012 Town and country. I heard a noise at the rear of the van near the muffler. I think it is the fuel pump? I disconnected the M25 yellow fuse and the noise stopped. Once I place the fuse back in the noise restarts. Am I on the right track and do I need a new fuel pump?

Thanks

I pulled the fuse while the van was not running. But the "noise" from near the muffler did stop when I pulled it.
