Default ID of leak source

Hi. I have a 2012 Town & Country. I noticed a leak from the right rear of the van. It's green, and I suspect it could be refrigerant? Upon looking under the vehicle, I found the opening where the unknown fluid is coming from. I'm not familiar with what this part is, other than suspecting it's coming from the evaporator. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated until I can get it in the shop next week. Thank you!

Thank you very much! Is it normal for anything to be discharged from that tube?
