Cannot manually or electrically unlock the driver side sliding door. Attempt to open the sliding door from FOB or overhead switch panel shows 'DOOR LOCKED' on the instrument cluster. I do hear a sound in the door like it is trying to unlock. The passenger side sliding door works fine so I the fuse must be good (I think there's just one for the sliding doors). The power window works so perhaps the door control module is fine. I may try swapping the door control module with the module from the other door.
So far I've removed the door panel so I could access the push rod that attaches the interior handle to the rear lock module. Using vise-grips I've pulled on the rod and it will not budge. I'm at a loss for how to get the door open.
Any ideas or instructions?
