Default 2013 Town & Country Sliding Door issue

On my 2013 the passenger sliding door works fine most of the time, occasionally when it closes, the rear cinch motor will cycle in and out and will continue until you walk back and tap/ knock on the door in the area of the motor. You can watch it pull it in and then release it. The knock or tap is not hard enough to move the door , it is just hard enough to cause a vibration Any thoughts?
Thanks

Lube the door hinges and rollers, when they get "sticky" the door will not close far enough to make good contact with the switches in the door latch for "end of cycle". Also I have noticed that operation of the sliding doors when vehicle is on an angle or uphill grade can make the doors "act" oddly(not want to shut), without some human hand guidance.

"...operation of the sliding doors when vehicle is on an angle or uphill grade..." Yet another Chrysler poor design issue for the list.

What list do you refer to? I would still take a MOPAR minivan over all other contenders! But that is my personal opinion.
