Default 2014 T&C coolant leak location

Thanks in advance for any help. I'm not savvy but I'm trying my best to research and repair. 2014 town and country touring 3.8. The van is overheating and heavily leaking fluid. Doesn't leak when off but heavy fluid leak when running. I can't directly see the source but it is pouring out from under the coolant reservoir and seems to be coming from in between the reservoir and the radiator. I've checked the hoses and they are dry and aren't leaking. The reservoir itself stays the same level and doesn't seem to be the source. When the van is hot the cooling fan doesn't come on as well. Someone told me that could have caused the initial overheating which could have led to a busted hose or busted radiator but I don't know. Without having to take the radiator completely out does it sound like this could be coming from anything else other than a broken radiator itself? I'm reading it could be a water pump but that the leak would be in a different location if it was.
