Default 2014 town and country horn not working

Hello, I have a 2014 town and country, and the horn as well as the on steering wheel radio controls have just recently stopped working. I'm going to check the fuses, but I'm doubting that both the horn and radio controls are on the same fuse. The cruise control, turn indicator, and wiper controls all still seem to be working. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can check. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

This sounds like the clockspring, which is the electrical coil of wire that is wound inside the wheel to supply the connections for the horn, airbag and radio on-wheel controls.
Do you also have an airbag warning light illuminated?

Thanks for the response andyb2000. No, I don't have an airbag warning light on. Also, the cruise control controls are on the steering wheel, and they still work. Is there an easy way to trouble the clockspring without taking the steering wheel apart?
