Default 2015 Town and Country rear screen

We are having trouble trying to release the rear screen in the van we just bought. I'm wondering if it's possible there isn't really a screen, and has been filled with a permanent blank.

I take it your talking about a drop down roof screen for watching vids and playing games. Not a rear door window screen. I'm sure it will still be under guarantee...

Do you sure that you have a screen in the 3rd row? Without second DVD-player at the center dash there is not a screen in the 3rd row.
